Welcome to the West Grove-Avondale Rotary Club

The West Grove-Avondale Rotary Club is a vibrant humanitarian service organization consisting of inspired women and men in a wide variety of professional vocations who encourage high ethical standards. Our vision is to be a recognized force in the community as a service organization.  This vision fuels our passion, pushing our inner selves to provide a wide variety of venues to uniquely meet the needs of others.

Through service programs, fellowship and hands-on projects, the West Grove-Avondale Rotary Club members are active in helping people through our involvement in local and global initiatives.  Our club is recognized as a major service club in the community exemplifying, "Service Above Self."  Members have a robust history demonstrating their strong desire to "Reach Within to Embrace Humanity" for the benefit of humankind.

The West Grove-Avondale Rotary Club has continually provided an atmosphere of fellowship, encouraging our members to work together on needed community and international projects while living the Rotary motto of "Service Above Self."   Everywhere we serve with Pride, Passion and Performance.  We are extremely proud of our participation in many successful community projects.  Current community initiatives include:  purchasing and distributing dictionaries to area students, providing financial and hands-on participation to local community and youth organizations, i.e., The Garage and The Bridge, conducting fund raising for local fire companies, participating in community Rotary-at-Work Day(s) and participating in vocational service projects.

Through donations from our members, we support international programs such as the eradication of polio worldwide, as well as the Rotaplast Mission, which provides donated cleft lip and clef palate surgeries to children in third world countries.  Several of our club members have actively participated in joining Rotaplast Mission Teams throughout the world! 

The West Grove-Avondale Rotary Club has strong, active and talented members who commit to building goodwill at home and in the world.  As a growing club, we are always looking for new quality members who are interested in "Service Above Self."  The club meets every Thursday for a 7:00 AM breakfast meeting at Jenners Pond, 2000 Greenbriar Lane, Alison Community Building, West Grove, PA 19390.
